Today we celebrated 80 years since VE Day - 80 years since the end of World War 2 in Europe.
Each class learnt about the significance of this day and remembered all those who sacrificed so much.
We also learnt about how people held parties, danced and sang in the streets to celebrate. We celebrated by having a ‘Picnic in the park’. The sun shone as we enjoyed our picnic before having lots of fun with our friends!
